VyScore™ Help & FAQs

1. VyScore™ represents your overall perception of personal vitality, as determined by your self-assessment.
2. The scoring system ranges from 0 to 100.
3. Users can record a single vitality score per day; multiple entries in a day are not permitted.
4. Once a score is set for the day, it cannot be modified.
5. In the app settings, users can select their preferred reminder time to prompt daily score entry.
6. The graph feature offers options to view data over 7 days, 30 days, or all recorded entries.
7. An average vitality score for the selected timeframe appears at the top left corner of the display.
8. The feed tab displays user comments and allows filtering by most recent, oldest, highest, or lowest scored comments.
9. The default sorting preference is most recent; users can change this by selecting the desired tab at the top of the feed page.

The VyScore™ team invites early adopters to participate in testing our iPhone application. Users are encouraged to record their personal vitality daily over a period of 7 or 30 days and include comments when relevant.
